What is SignPost Health?
SignPost Health is a membership-based health-navigation company being built to help adults make sense of goals, information, support options, and possible next steps. Its initial focus areas are weight management, metabolic health, longevity, and performance.
When will SignPost Health launch?
SignPost Health is scheduled to launch in December 2026. The early list will receive meaningful launch updates, new resources, and invitations to selected prelaunch conversations.
Is SignPost Health a medical provider?
No. SignPost provides health education, navigation, and non-clinical support. Clinical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment are handled separately by independent licensed clinicians through a clinical partner platform.
Can SignPost Health prescribe medication?
No. SignPost does not prescribe medication. If a member chooses clinical evaluation, an independent licensed clinician determines whether a medication or other treatment is appropriate. No medication is guaranteed.
What is SignPost Compass?
The free SignPost Compass preview is available now, without an account. It uses predefined educational pathways to help you organize priorities and useful questions. The broader member experience is being developed for launch. Compass does not diagnose, assess symptoms, prescribe, or determine eligibility for treatment.
What information does this website collect?
The launch-update form collects your email, optional first name, consent and signup information. Other forms collect professional or affiliate application details. Authorized accounts use sign-in and access information; members can choose to save fixed Compass choices and email preferences. Tools process the numbers and selections you enter in your browser. The privacy notice explains these features, event information, browser storage, and service providers. Do not submit medical records or personal clinical information through SignPost forms.
Does joining the launch list make me a member or patient?
No. Joining the launch list only gives SignPost permission to send launch and educational emails. It does not create a paid membership, clinician-patient relationship, or eligibility for any treatment.
What are the SignPost professional networks?
SignPost is building networks of independent registered dietitians, certified fitness professionals, and licensed mental health professionals. Directories and booking are not available yet. Credential review for listing purposes does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of services, clinical suitability determination, or supervision by SignPost.
Where will SignPost Health be available?
SignPost's educational content and non-clinical membership experience are being designed for adults across the United States. Clinical services and particular treatment options may vary by state, clinician availability, eligibility, and applicable law.
What should I do in an emergency?
SignPost is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
